El Congreso de Estudiantes se celebrará el 10 de abril. Como el curso pasado, habrá ponencias, talleres y actuaciones. Ya tenemos casi todo preparado. Más de 80 ponencias, 7 talleres, dos teatros y música.
Bachiller Sabuco – Congreso de Estudiantes
Día escolar del Agua en el IES Histórico Bachiller Sabuco.
El alumnado de 1º de Bachillerato Internacional ha desarrollado un taller formativo para los estudiantes de 1º de ESO, en una experiencia internivelar en la que ha participado el profesor de Biología del Bachillerato Internacional, Marcos Díaz Solana, y el profesor de Geografía e Historia, José E. Córcoles Tendero.
En total, han participado 60 alumnos de 1º de ESO y 8 estudiantes del Bachillerato Internacional.
El taller ha contado con cuatro puestos de trabajo:
-Productos que consumen más agua
-Actividades sobre Aguas de Castilla-La Mancha
-Filtrado de agua mediante métodos naturales
-De toda el agua del planeta, ¿cuánta está realmente a nuestro alcance?
La actividad ha sido motivadora y participativa. El alumnado ha adquirido conocimientos esenciales sobre la importancia del agua, poniendo en práctica aprendizajes previos y desarrollando una mayor conciencia sobre el uso responsable de este recurso fundamental.
Nuestra alumna de Geografía de España, Sara Talavera Montes (2º Bachillerato), ha logrado el 2ºpuesto en la fase regional de la XVII Olimpiada de Geografía de España.
Sara representará a Castilla-La Mancha en la Fase Nacional, que este año se celebrará en la ciudad de León los días 17 y 18 de abril de 2026.

10th March: All have experienced incredible typical Swedish activities such as skiing in beautiful nature and watch ice hockey. They also paid a visit to Anders Zorn museum (Swadish Impressionist painter, sculptor and etching artist) in Mora his hometown. In Stockolm they went to extremely interesting places. Fantastic Erasmus Mobility!
2nd March: This week some of our students from 1st Baccalaureate together with some teachers are visiting Mora Gymnasium, in Mora, Sweden. They are learning a lot in their lessons, getting to know the way of life and culture. Wonderful experience for all of them!!!!
We have adventurous students in our Secondary School. Lucía Valdelvira and Candela García have been in Ferrara (Italy) since 10th January. They are nearly finishing their ERASMUS mobility there.They are having a wonderful time and learning a lot from the experience.
Our student Aitor is also having the time of his life in Vancouver Island (British Columbia, Canada) thanks to a grant he obtained from Fundación Amancio Ortega last April 2025. He will be spending the entire school year there. Congratulations to these students who dare to leave their families and lives in here to face a new enriching experience which they will remember for their whole life. All the best for them!
